Karlsruhe, 15 august 2023 - In an exciting strategic move, PTV Planung Transport Verkehr GmbH announces the intra-group spin-off of its logistics business unit into PTV Logistics GmbH, a subsidiary of PTV Planung Transport Verkehr GmbH. The shift is set to commence on the 15th of August 2023, with the overarching aim of granting the logistics business unit more extensive global independence.
PTV’s logistics business unit encapsulates over four decades of industry excellence. As a global software entity specializing in transport logistics, it offers an array of groundbreaking solutions, from the initial planning phase to execution.
