Christian U. Haas

Christian U. Haas has 20 years of international management experience in the software and technology industry. Prior to joining PTV, he led a European provider of digital solutions for financial services. As CEO he initiated and significantly advanced the company’s transformation from a traditional software supplier to a SaaS company based on artificial intelligence applications.

Previously, Christian U. Haas was Executive Vice President Europe at FIS, one of the leading global providers of financial technology solutions.

Haas began his career at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Deutsche Bank.

Johannes Klutz

Chief Financial Officer

Appointed to Executive Board: 10/2021

Johannes Klutz has 10 years of experience as a finance and investment professional. Prior to joining PTV, he worked in Porsche SE’s Investment department. During this period Porsche SE acquired PTV and invested in various startups. Previously, Johannes spent 5 years in Investment Banking at Rothschild where he was involved in a number of European mid- to large cap deals including IPOs.

Johannes holds a Diploma in Industrial Engineering and Management from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
