Vincent Kobesen has been a member of the PTV Executive Board since 1 July 2008. He was appointed CEO in July 2011. In this capacity, he focuses on PTV's global business development.

After completing his degree in Business Administration, Vincent Kobesen joined Fokker Aerospace and Districon. He acquired Districon and founded Ordis (today PTV Nederland), both long-term business partners of PTV. Moreover, Vincent Kobesen is a member of several supervisory boards, including the boards of PTV and external shareholdings.

After completing his degree in Business Administration at Amsterdam University, Michel Zweers held leadership positions in Finance at several organisations. Prior to joining PTV AG as Vice President Finance & Internal Services in May 2011, he worked as an independent financial consultant.

Since 2004, Dr. h. c. Frank-Jürgen Weise has been Chairman of the Managing Board of the Federal Employment Agency. He is in charge of Finance, HR and Information Technology.

After his university studies in business administration as part of his career in the German Federal Army, he held several senior positions: Controller of a business unit of VDO Adolf Schindling AG, Frankfurt, Executive Manager of Braunschweig Hüttenwerk GmbH, Braunschweig, with subsidiaries in the US and Brazil, Managing Director of a consulting firm based in Frankfurt and Basel/CH, CEO of FAG Automobiltechnik AG with subsidiaries in Europe, the Americas, Asia, at the same time HR Manager for Senior Executives of the global FAG Group, Schweinfurt, and co-founder and later Chairman of the Board of Microlog-Logistics AG, Frankfurt.

Since 9 November 2009, Frank-Jürgen Weise has been a member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at PTV AG.
